This week I created another baking video! I wanted to experiment with gluten free flour alternatives in baking and decided on chocolate quinoa cake. Although I used a recipe as inspiration and guidance, my version was a little bit improvised based on what I had and the time I was willing to spend baking. I did my best to include the list of ingredients within the video but I will admit there was quite a bit of “measuring with the heart” and adding water to make the right consistency. I also got tired and wanted to go to sleep so I made cupcakes instead of cake to cut down on cooking time. I’m surprised they turned out as tasty as they did! I definitely recommend trying them out if you love chocolate! I will for sure be making these again and experimenting more with quinoa in baking!
