
This week I was much more prepared with snacks and food options at home! I found some new favourite items which I included in the picture above. I went on a Costco trip where I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of gluten free products they had! I found so many healthy, delicious gluten free products like quinoa ramen, pancake mix, cauliflower pizza crust, many different types of vegetable and grain cracker and gluten free alternatives to some of my favourite foods!
On the weekend, I found an old recipe book of gluten free dishes and baked goods as well as useful information and tips for learning to cook and bake gluten free. I remember making some of the cakes and pies from this book when I was previously gluten free and I am excited to try more!
Since starting a gluten a gluten free diet I have noticed that all my stomach pains or moments of discomfort have disappeared . Even after a week, I’ve noticed I am not as bloated and I never feel over full or sick after eating. I am looking forward to continuing this journey!
